This kit can be used to connect Single Phase motors your mains supply safely, and includes all the materials you need to connect your Corvus Grinder to the mains, and mount it securely to the frame. It is supplied with a UK 3-Pin Plug, but you can fit this kit with your local plug too.
The Kit contains:
NVR Switch Module, with Emergency Stop
- Mounting Bracket, to mount the switch directly to the Corvus Grinder
- 2x 20mm IP68 Cable Glands
- 2000mm 1.5mm Rubberised Cable, NVR to Plug
- 700mm 1.5mmRubberised Cable, NVR to Motor
- 90mm Tri-Rated 1.5mm Cable, for internal switch wiring
- Wago-style Connector, to join the earths
- Crimp Spade Terminals, for terminating cables
- All required nuts and bolts for mounting to Corvus frame
- Wiring Diagram
You will have to strip and crimp the cables using the provided terminals, punch out the holes in the box, and carry out the wiring according to your local wiring requirements. To make this easier, I will include the relevant standards and specifications below:
- NVR Switch Box, CE Marked components, KJD17B NVR, HY57B Emergency Stop, from Kedu Tools
- Rubberised cable is 1.5mm2 and made to BS EN 50525-2-21 specifications
- Tri-Rated Cable is 1.5mm2 and made to BE6231 specifications- Wago-style connector CE and ROHS certified
- Cable Glands are PG11 Size, CE Marked and IP67 Rated
