This kit consists of all the parts needed to produce your own grinder without the need to weld! This will not require any additional parts, metal tubing, or bolts. To assemble this kit you will simply need to paint the parts and bolt them together, and supply it with power!

Highly detailed assembly instructions
Optional - full aluminium wheel set and bolts for the included flat platen (2x50mm, 1x75mm, 1x100mm drive wheel w/24mm keyed bore) If you require a 5/8” drive wheel because you’re supplying your own NEMA motor, click here
Optional - a choice of single or 3-phase 2HP motors
What is not included:
Any wiring supplies, it is your responsibility to connect the motor to a mains supply using the included instructions, we have full wiring kits available for NVRs and VFDs. Don’t know what you need? Click here.

Grinding Belts
Tools- you will need a metric allen key set (3-10mm), metric spanner set (7-19mm), an angle grinder can be useful for cleaning up prior to painting
What you will need to do:
Unpack the box
Prepare surfaces for painting (such as removing grease)
Paint the parts according to your preference
Bolt the parts together using the instructions
Fit the wheels and align them
Bolt the motor to the frame
Wire the motor to mains (can use a regular 13A socket)
Preflight checks and grinding!
The kit is designed to work with 2x72" (50x1830mm) belts, but will also work with 50x2000mm belts with no modifications.
If you would like to supply your own motor, this kit is designed to work with either:
IEC-Standard motors, 80 or 90(S or L) frame size, B3 foot mount - 3000RPM recommended
NEMA-Standard motors, 56H foot mount, TEFC - 3000RPM recommended
If you would like to supply your own wheels, the pre-tapped mounting holes for the wheels are M12, and require a 5mm spacing between the frame and wheel.
